Asian Tempest garlic is a South Korean Asiatic hardneck variety that is intensely hot when raw and sweet with a tangy flavour when cooked, imitating the taste of a sweet pepper when baked or cooked. Widley used in chicken, pork, sweet-and-sour stir-fries. Its cloves are plump, firm, and easy to peel. The garlic scape is edible and can be pickled. AsiaTempest prefers well-drained soil and does not tolerate wet feet. It thrives in cold winters but can also grow well in mild or wet conditions.
