German Porcelain boasts a sweet flavour with 4 to 6 cloves. It stores well up to six months. It is a hardy hardneck variety that originated in North America over 100 years ago when the German Mennonite immigrants introduced it. It is know for its hardiness and preforms extremely well in cold climates. Produces beautiful scapes. Comes to us from John Boy Farms.
