Strong, spicy, rich, sweet, lingering garlic taste. It is incredible both raw and cooked. Each bulb has an average of 8 to 9 cloves. It is easiest to grow in northern gardens and harvests in early to mid summer. They peel easily and as a result do not store well. Killarney Red comes to us from Gourmet Mountain Garlic.
