Persian Star has a strong to medium flavour with spicy undertones. Great for adding raw to salad dressing or dishes. An average bulb has 6 to 8 cloves. This garlic is one of the later harvested garlic. It will store for 5 to 6 months. This variety comes to us from just down the road at Gourmet Mountain Garlic.

This years garlic is regular sized.
