Turban

Xian (Pronounced She-Ann). The taste is medium to strong, Xian is pretty hot but not overwhelming. Their rich flavor makes them very appealing to the tongue as well as the eye. They are an attractive, early, tasty garlic. They usually have 6 to 9 uniform cloves and store 3 to 5 months. Xian is a beautiful Turban with lovely purple stripes throughout the wrapper. Xian comes to us from Boundary Garlic in BC.
